SUBSTANCE: arc welder has welding transformer with main and additional secondary windings connected to rectifier bridge made according to three-phase circuit diagram, and gang of capacitors connected in series with additional winding of transformer. One lead of additional winding is connected through capacitor gang to midpoint of one pair of rectifier bridge diodes, and main winding of transformer is connected to two other midpoints.
