Means 4 for turning of strips 3 and device 7 for emergency closing ensure possibility of panel operation in two modes: smooth turning of strips and instant closing of strips 3. Interlocking device 6, interlocking control device 8 and device 11 for fixing of movable posts 10 ensure interlocking of strips 3 and posts 9, 10 over entire panel closing area. Device 12 for movement of posts 10 allows for displacement of strips along frame 1. Multilayer structure of strips 3 of double-convex configuration and connection of layers 48 by U-shape member 49 increase strength and resilience of strips 3.
