FIELD: pump engineering. SUBSTANCE: fluid-actuated pump unit comprises an evacuating pump connected with the shaft of a hydraulic motor whose intake branch pipe is in communication with the high-pressure pipe line connected with the outlet of an auxiliary pump. The unit is provided with a separating tank whose bottom central portion is connected to the inlet of the auxiliary pump and top central portion is in communication with the drain through a throttle. The side bottom portion of the tank is in communication with the drain branch pipes through normally closed valve. The outlet passageways of the hydraulic motor, evacuating pump, and additional fluid source are tangentially connected with the bottom portion of the tank. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 8 cl, 1 dwg
