FIELD: radio engineering, in particular, remote switching of light appliances. SUBSTANCE: device has emitter which is connected to pumping oscillator, and photodetector which is designed as serial circuit of photo-sensitive element and amplifier. In addition device has serial circuit of comparator, waiting oscillator and logical unit which has n information outputs, which provide two logical levels: zero and one. Additional initial setting input of logical unit is connected to direct current power supply through differential circuit. In addition device has final- control unit which is designed as commutator of n directions and two positions each of which is connected to one information output of logical gate. In addition device has threshold control unit, which output is connected to output of amplifier. Photo-sensitive element and emitter are located in same plane and have optical filter before them.
