FIELD: secondary power supplies for radio electronic equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has self-excited oscillator, which has positive feedback circuits for output current and output voltage. Signals of output current positive feedback are sent to control electrodes of power gates through non-saturating feedback circuit. Signals of output voltage positive feedback are sent to control electrodes of power gates, are converted by means of saturating transformer. Magnetic circuit in core of saturating transformer is generated by means of current, which runs through primary winding of this transformer when it is supplied through current-clipping resistor with voltage which is proportional to output voltage of self-exciting oscillator.
