SUBSTANCE: contact slipper is made in form of powder material strip with chute corresponding to shape of contact wire. Slipper has inserts covering 5-10% of working surface and arranged in conical smooth or riffled spaces located square to contact surface with depth equal to maximum tolerable wear of insert and made of mixture of graphite power and/or calcium fluoride, glass and/or aluminium oxide, ratio 1-2:1. Solid hydrocarbon in amount of 50-80% of mass of inserts is used as binder. EFFECT: simplified design of contact slipper with low and stable coefficient of friction and regulated delivery of lubricant to friction zone during all service period. 4 dwg
