FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: this relates to stimulation of down-hole zone in oil bed. Improved efficiency of method is achieved due to increased embracing of bed in depth and thickness with involvement in operation of low-permeable clay-bearing reservoirs and consequently enhanced injectivity of injection wells. According to method, treatment of oil bed down-hole zone is effected by flushing it with working solution magnetized by lateral magnetic field with strength of 2•103 A/m. Added to solution is crown-ether with concentration of 0.005-0.01%. Also possible to use as flushing liquid is non-magnetized water with addition of crown-ether of same concentration. Aforesaid method reduces swelling of clay by 21%, and with non-magnetized water with crown-ether by 6% more than in treatment by magnetized water. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 cl, 1 tbl, 1 dwg
