FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has m-phase power supply, controlled bridge rectifier. Outputs of phase windings of power supply are connected to inputs of bridge rectifier, which outputs are connected to excitation winding of synchronous electric motor. Excitation winding is partitioned into independent parallel circuits each of which is connected through bridge rectifying circuit to output of m-phase power supply. Cathode group of second bridge rectifier is connected to anode group of first bridge rectifier through opposing-connection gate. EFFECT: increased stability of electric motors, increased gain, decreased losses, increased quality of excitation current. 1 dwg
