FIELD: medicine; stomatology. SUBSTANCE: invention recommends to use finely dispersed emulsion of particulate perfluorocarbons having particle size ranging 100-1000 nm, since it was established that perfluorocarbons are capable of producing favorable therapeutic effect during different stages of pathologic process using different mechanisms of action.
