FIELD: tyre industry. SUBSTANCE: method comprises vulcanizing tyre in a mould inside the vapor chamber of a mould-vulcanizer and heating tyre during vulcanizing from inside and outer side by supplying vapor. The temperature of vapor should exceed nominal temperature of vulcanizing of the surface of the tire by 5-12°C. The mould is heated to the same temperature. Vapor is supplied during a period that is equal to 0.3-0.5 of a given time of vulcanizing . Supplying vapor to the vapor chamber is then shutoff. Vapor inside the chamber is found itself blocked. Vapor is condensed and saturation temperature drops. EFFECT: simplified method. 1 dwg
