Hitting part is manufactured in the form of set to two contacting balls positioned interference fit along axis of bullet inside cylindrical space of plastic body. One end face of set of balls matches front end face of body. Outer surface of body is cylindrical and its length is 1.5 times longer, as minimum, than height of set of balls.
