FIELD: oil and gas production equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to be used for well sealing when blowout is possible. Two cylinder are arranged symmetrically with regard to preventer body. Each cylindrical encloses piston with hollow rod having loading non-locking thread. Loading screw forms with hollow rod screw-nut pair and has spline s. There is also connector adapter with centering disk interacting with its spike with longitudinal groove of hollow rod. Disk with its splines interacts with outside splines of piston. Internal ring of freewheeling clutch and hub of drive pinion of synchronizer of displacement of rams have central splined orifice and are set onto splines of loading screw. The latter has conical stop interacting with cap of cylinder. Adapter connector is coupled with ram tail. Convergence-opening of rams can be effected by means of supplying energy carrier into corresponding cavities in cylinders or by means of torque transfer to drive knuckles or by their joint action. Locking rams excludes spontaneous wellhead seal failure. EFFECT: increased reliability of well sealing.
