METHOD OF CALCULATION OF AIRFRAME EQUIVALENT OPERATING TIME AND SYSTEM FOR ITS REALIZATION Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: aviation materiel, in particular, methods of determination of operating time of aircraft accessories in service. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in input of flight parameters, determination of load time sequences and separation of the values of loads from these sequences for calculations, analysis of damageability, accumulation of damageability information. Damageability is analyzed according to the separated values of the load factor or bending moment. The equivalent operating time is calculated by formula: , where ξ_p - - estimated average hour damageability of airframe taken by the design office at substantiation of the service life with due account made for the results of the operational-life proof of the structure accessories for standard flight conditions; ξ_Σ - summary accumulated damageability for a flight. The system for calculation of airframe equivalent operating time uses a processor module, control panel, data storage module, module of regulated power sources, programmed parallel interface module.
