FIELD: nuclear reactors. SUBSTANCE: vessel support is made of radially arranged carrying ribs 1 joined together through stiff links 2, 3, 4 with space between them filled with concrete 5 and provided with clearances 6 for passing cooling air. Support is mounted in reactor cavity concrete and ha councentrically arranged ferrules 7 and 8 provided with anchor rods 9 embedded in cavity concrete. Ferrules are joined with support by means of small detachable members. Clearance is provided between external ferrule and support; bottom horizontal part of support is not mechanically joined with concrete. Support is provided with ring-shaped plate installed between concentrically arranged ferrules and is joined with each of them by at least one annular weld. EFFECT: improved reliability of support. 2 cl, 2 dwg
