FIELD: control systems. SUBSTANCE: transmitting part of device has operator's control board, sighting unit and homing drive which is kinetically connected to sighting unit, serial circuit of transmitter and antenna. Receiving part of device has serial circuit of receiver, which listens to antenna of transmitting part, demodulator and final control units. In addition transmitting part of device has capture indicator, antenna drive, which is kinetically connected to antenna, information source, which output is connected to input of transmitter, serial circuit of distance meter, distance unit, drive of optical receiver, optical receiver, control unit, capture unit, controlled commutator, which second input is connected to second output of control unit, scaling unit, interface unit and switch which second input is connected to output of operator's control board. Output of switch is connected to input of homing drive. In addition receiving part of device has information receiver, which input is connected to second output of demodulator and memory unit. In addition receiving part of device has serial circuit of information input detector, which input is connected to second output of receiver, ON unit and light source, which second input is kinetically connected to receiver and output is optically connected to optical light receiver. First input of antenna drive is connected to output of distance unit. Antenna has sharp beam. Sighting unit is kinetically connected to drives of antenna and optical light receiver.
