FIELD: equipment measuring and keeping temperature of object in high-frequency electromagnetic field. SUBSTANCE: thermal module has compensating temperature transducers 22 which measure ambient temperature. Outputs of both transducers 22 are connected to compensator 23 of inserted controlling device. Output of compensator 23 is connected to first inputs of comparators 25, 26 forming common point. First input of amplifier 28 is linked to common point. Second inputs of comparators 25, 26 are connected to output of setting unit 27 of controlling device with formation of common point. Second input of amplifier 28 is connected to this common point. Outputs of comparators 25, 26 and amplifier 28 are connected to input of control unit 29 of controlling device. Output of controlling device is connected to device 30 of drive of interelectrode distance connected to high-potential plate 8 of capacitor mounted for movement.
