SUBSTANCE: proposed method resides in tailoring bone transplant on muscular peduncle out of greater trochanter, followed by implanting this transplant into iliac bone above kaput femoris. Inventive novelty of method resides in that surgeon must practise section down to internal cortical plate in region of displacing depression at capsule fixation spot. Surgeon must also practise vertical osteotomy to shift aside external portion of iliac bone body until kaput femoris is completely overlapped by this shifted body. Into diastasis thus-formed, resected portion of greater trochanter with minor gluteal muscle attached to it are inserted in such manner that its growing zone would be placed vertically. EFFECT: higher treatment efficiency.
