FIELD: missile launchers in which missile launching is accomplished due to electrical coupling with the launcher during its passage through the tubular guide. SUBSTANCE: first, slots 2 that are parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tubular body being produced and closed around the edges are cut out in liner 1. Then the liner is connected to the compensating layer at their relative compression. After winding of glass-reinforced casing 10 the assembled casing is faced in seat 11 up to opening of the end face sections of slots. The compensating layer is pressed to the liner by a pressure providing for residual deformation of the liner with its implantation in the compensating layer. The glass-reinforced tubular body produced by this method has a liner in the form of strips arranged along the generatrix of the body inner surface. Its compensating layer is made with additional longitudinal sections located on the body inner surface between the liner strips. The liner may be made of current- conducting fluid, and the compensating layer is made of glass cloth. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 4 cl, 7 dwg
