FIELD: transport engineering; sports and road bicycles. SUBSTANCE: disks are installed on driving sprocket shaft in parallel with its plane. Cranks are made in form of rings with internal teeth and are installed on frame in bearings. With bicycle moving, crank teeth come into meshing with disk slots. Rotation of driving sprocket is transmitted along flexible member of drive to driven sprocket of rear wheel, and bicycle rides forwards. EFFECT: increased performance characteristics of bicycles and torque, provision of uniform return of cranks with pedal. 2 dwg
