SUBSTANCE: device for selection of needles in circular knitting machine has elastic pushers and is furnished with auxiliary pushers located under the elastic pushers and in the same slot as the elastic pushers. The auxiliary pushers are selected by the electromagnetic method in such a way that they carry out radial fixing of the elastic pushers when they are in the bent position inside the slots of the needle- holder due to which they cannot return in the external direction, get engaged with the lifting cams and activate the respective needles.
