FIELD: mechanical engineering; cutting of rock, coal beds, removal of road coatings. SUBSTANCE: machine has main frame with cutting mill, power plant for driving the mill, conveyors and crawler bogies and crawler tractor which serves as power plant for travel motion , conveyor and control drive. Tractor is coupled with main frame for rocking in cross plane by means of hydraulic cylinders. Crawler bogies of main frame are the same as those of tractor. Non-driving wheel equalizers can be used as running bogies of main frame for operation on soils of less strength. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 cl, 6 dwg
