FIELD: locking equipment. SUBSTANCE: closing mechanism for moving and blocking lock closing unit has locking (for instance cylindrical) mechanism with key and return spring-loaded rod, carrier gear, permanent key and rotary handle unit and blocking mechanism made in the form of spring-biased retaining rod mounted in permanent key unit and provided with projections inserted into slots in lock casing or cover configured in accordance with shape of projections. Eccentric retainer is mounted on rod for rotation about its axis and cooperation with upper end of handle. Rods are mounted for movement along common shaft in central opening of carrier gear. Blocking mechanism is covered with steel disk provided with rotary washer. EFFECT: increased efficiency by reduced probability of unauthorized opening of lock by means of breaking tools for squeezing out latch or latches and drilling locking mechanism. 9 cl, 3 dwg
