FIELD: mechanical engineering; compressors and gas-turbine-engines. SUBSTANCE: pickup 1 is mounted on engine housing 24. At transient conditions of engine pickup 1 detects change in angle Φ of guide vanes and sends electric signal to control electronic unit. The latter forms signal to correct engine rotor speed and value of angle Φ of guide vanes. This signal passes to drive mechanism which provides displacement of turning ring and guide vanes. Angular displacement of member 10 is identically taken up of tie-rod 5. Vibrations and overloads of tie-rod 5 are transmitted only to lever 4 and members of housing 24 and are damped there. Angular displacement of lever 4 is transmitted identically to lever 3. Articulated displacement of lever 3 rigidly coupled with output member 18 makes it possible to exclusive influence of weight, vibrations and overloads (efforts directed along lever 3) of tie-rod 5 on shaft 18, thus providing high accuracy of measurements of guide vane angle Φ.
