SUBSTANCE: planoapochromatic microlens has five components arranged in sequence along optical axis. First component is positive meniscus facing plane of object with concavity. Second positive component is bonded of negative and positive lenses. Third component is composed of two negative lenses and positive lens confined between them. Fourth component is biconvex positive lens and fifth component is bonded from two meniscus lenses and faces space of images with concavity.
