FIELD: materials handling. SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to reservoir for liquid whose level is materially change and is designed for making a buffer. Reservoir has inlet and outlet pipelines for liquid, walls, bottom and liquid feeder arranged inside reservoir, connected with inlet pipeline and provided with means for displacing the hole depending on liquid level in reservoir. This hole is preferably located at or just under liquid level which materially decreases probability of getting of gas into liquid flowing through outlet pipeline.
