METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF BOX-TYPE REINFORCED-CONCRETE ARTICLES AND PLANT FOR ITS EMBODIMENT Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: in manufacture of box-type reinforced-concrete articles, reinforcing cage is installed on lower casing panel after closing of external casing panels which are hinged to lower panel, then article bottom is concreted with compaction of concrete mix by vibration force pulses for 30-240 s and holding for 2-12 h, then core is installed and box vertical walls are concreted. Vibrocompaction of concrete mix of vertical walls is accomplished by internal vibrators in course of mix supply to gap between panels and core. Vibrocompaction by internal vibrators is combined in time with periodic engagement of parallel single-shaft vibrators of lower casing panel for 5-30 s with an interval of 60-200 s. Core is made with posts which are centered on lower casing panel with the help of pivots embracing guide pins of truncated cones of lower panel. Height of truncated cones equals to thickness of bottom of manufactured box. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 4 dwg
