FIELD: plasticization and batching of thermosetting materials with a fibrous filler at their moulding. SUBSTANCE: inlet chamber, in which batches of the preset mass and temperature are moulded, is rotated at a speed equal to the angular velocity of the plastic material being extruded. Rotation of the inlet chamber at a speed equal to the angular velocity of the plastic material being extruded makes it possible to eliminate the tangential stresses in the plastic material thus preventing mechanical break-down of the fibrous filler.
