FIELD: transport facilities; securing and quick release of long cargoes carried by transport facility. SUBSTANCE: device has housing 1 with connecting member articulated on it, bearing member 7 for cargo, double-arm lever 5 coupled with connecting member, drive for connecting member, force exciter and retainer. Device is also provided with dampening system and stop. Lock mechanism and double-arm lever are articulated on housing; connecting member linked with double-arm lever by means of rod 4 is engageable with lock mechanism and stop in initial position of device. Bearing member for cargo is secured on double-arm K lever and is made integral with retainer. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 5 cl, 2 dwg
