The cross-bar extension and locking mechanism has an additional cam installed on the handle pivot and engageable with the retainer, the retainer is installed on an axle, spring-loaded and made as a three-arm lever, and the bolts have two arms, whose one arm has grooves, one of the retainer arms is engageable with the additional cam, the second arm is engageable with the bolt arms that have no grooves, and the third arm has two lugs, one of which is engageable with the additional cam, and the other is engageable with the bolt arms provided with grooves and can enter these grooves; the bolt arms that have no grooves are engageable with the key code grooves.
