FIELD: devices for breakage of hard rocks and building materials; may be used in mining and construction industries. SUBSTANCE: device has body with striking piston separating body cavity intl head and rod ends, accumulator and pressure return line. Installed in the latter is pulsating valve. During working stroke of striking piston, pulsating valve communicates rod end through hydraulic channel with head end. Striking piston has longitudinal channels through which rod end is communicated with return line and head end in absence of resistance to working tool. EFFECT: reduced pressure force required for engagement of the device in operation and increased efficiency due to reduced hydraulic losses. 2 cl, 1 dwg
