FIELD: electro-hydro-pneumo-automation. SUBSTANCE: sharply nonuniform one-sign electric field is created periodically in time in working dielectric liquid. Unipolar ion flow is organized from surface at work on escaping not exceeding eV. Device for realization of this method has needle electrode whose surface is made from conducting material at work on escaping 2.5 eV. Its pointed end is located on shear of taper portion of tubular electrode at ratio of thickness of its metal walls to length of cone-forming surface exceeding by order ratio of rounding-off radius of needle electrode end to diameter of hole in tubular electrode.
