FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: meter has first multiplexer 1, n inputs of which are connected to respective input voltage terminals and to inputs of clock-pulse former 12, second multiplexer 2, n inputs of which are connected to corresponding input current terminals. Output of multiplexers 1 and 2 are connected respectively to first and second inputs of analog multiplier 3, the output of which is connected to first input of voltage-to-frequency converter 4. The latter has series-connected controlled inverter 5, integrator 6, and hysteresis comparator 7. Comparator output serves as output of voltage-to-frequency converter 4 and is connected to first input of EXCLUSIVE OR gate 8, second input of which is second input of voltage-to-frequency converter 4, and output is connected to control input of controlled inverter 5. Output of signal analog multiplier 3 is connected to input of low-pass filter 9 the output of which is connected to input of zero level comparator 10. The latter is connected to second input of voltage-to-frequency converter 4 and to first input of data processing unit 11. Second input of unit 11 is connected to output of voltage-to-frequency converter 4. Input of control unit 13 is connected to output of clock-pulse former 12, and its output, to control inputs of first 1 and second 2 multiplexers. EFFECT: higher measurement results. 5 dwg
