FIELD: steelmaking. SUBSTANCE: method includes grinding and agitation of ingredients, preparation of aqueous suspension, granulation and heat treatment of granules. According to invention, ingredients are ground to attain particle size not higher than 0.063 mm for 90-95% of material at weight ratio of water to dry ingredients (0.8-1.2):1, whereas suspension is supplemented with lignosulfonate and carboxymethylcellulose 0.5-5.0% each at their ratio (0.5-1.5):1, granules are heated at 150-400 C, and ingredients may be ground successively: first coarse and then fine fractions.
