FIELD: aeronautical engineering; fuel system of flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: plate of shut-off member is provided with passage having throttling hole which connects working chamber with inner cavity of bellows which is connected with service tank by means of control safety valve fitted in cover of device and bypass valve. Bypass valve is mounted after throttle at control pressure discharge. Used as control pressure is pressure of working fuel. Spring-loaded float possesses minimum buoyancy since its mass and volume, as well as moment of spring force of near-zero overload mechanism are so selected that float is in position corresponding to closed position of bypass valve when preset near-zero overloading is achieved and float is located in air or is immersed in fuel at any overload, otherwise it is in lower position. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
