FIELD: liquid hydrocarbon light fuels for combustion in automobile engines and power generating plants. SUBSTANCE: method resides in mixing together fuel, water and stabilizing agent in emulsifying vessel. Fuel and water are taken either in equal weight proportions, or water is taken in excess. As emulsion is formed, it is forced to circulate, while gradually introducing fuel into emulsion flow. Fuel flow rate-to-emulsion flow rate relationship is equal to 1:1-50 until predetermined fuel-to-water ratio is reached. EFFECT: higher quality light aquo-fuel emulsion. 4 cl
