FIELD: production of interwoven gauzes used in production of construction materials and structural fiber glass. SUBSTANCE: interwoven gauze has core and filling threads forming background and edges. Left and right edges of gauze are formed by 2-6 core threads which are 1.1-100 times as thin as core background threads. Edge threads are interwoven in pairs and spaced at distance determined by thickness of filling threads and reed number. Such structure of edge threads allows engagement between core and filling threads in edge zones, where ends of filling threads are positioned in plane of fabric, to be minimized. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified structure and wider operational capabilities of material.
