FIELD: microelectronics. SUBSTANCE: flow meter has bowl 9 of vibration feeder with discharge branch pipe. Bowl 9 is fixed to anchor 10 held above electric magnet 11 by means of flat springs 12 secured on base of vibration feeder. Magnetic core section 5 is secured to bowl 9 by means of bracket 8. It interacts with magnetic flux of C-shaped open magnetic core secured on base of vibration feeder and having two windings. One winding is connected to output of high-frequency generator and the other, to amplitude detector the output of which is connected to voltmeter input. EFFECT: higher measurement results. 3 dwg
