FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: newly introduced are third time relay with instantly making contact and delayed making contact, overcurrent relay of heated line with make and break contacts; pulse counter is provided, in addition, with make contact and first double-pulse generator timer provided with instantaneously braking contact; auxiliary relay is connected to power leads through start button, its first make contact is inserted in braking electromagnet circuit in parallel with make contact of first double-pulse generator coil; third timer coil is connected to power supply leads through instantaneously breaking contact of first double-pulse generator timer; second making contact of auxiliary relay is together with instantaneously making contact of third times and make contact of pulse counter both connected in parallel to it, as well as overcurrent relay contact are inserted in first double-pulse generator timer circuit; break contact of current relay is connected to circuit of second double-pulse generator timer; make contact of third timer is inserted in making electromagnet circuit in parallel with make contact of second double-pulse generator timer; breakcontact of pulse counter is connected on first end to one of power supply poles and on second end, to power circuit of breaking electromagnet and second double-pulse generator timer.
