FIELD: radio engineering; communication systems. SUBSTANCE: radio line is provided with information transmission channel which has information source 2, phase modulator 4 and modulator 5 of four-phase phase manipulation signals. For reception this channel includes demodulator 20, multiplier 22, amplifier 24, integrator 26, computing device 28, and information receiver 30. Radio line is effective due to the use of double phase manipulation of reference oscillation by information signals with preservation of pseudorandom amplitude manipulation of output signal. Use of elements introduced additionally increases throughout capacity twice. Theoretically, proposed radio line has energetic gain as compared with previously known radio lines using the amplitude-phase manipulated noise-type signals of 2.5 to 3 dB and has throughput capacity twice as high as that of the prototype. EFFECT: higher throughput capacity. 4 wdg/
