FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: storage has dome mounted on poles, hollow column positioned in axial alignment with hood, rotary shaft fixed on hollow column, working tool such as forage dispensing and discharge device pivotally connected with shaft and extending radially in tower, annular chamber positioned in upper part of shaft. Bladed wheel for feeding forage to working tool and drive for moving working tool about hollow column are positioned within annular chamber. Working tool is positioned on circular monorail. Working tool has frame and chamber for forming outer surface of forage cock in the form of cylinder segment with curvature radius equal to radius of forage cock and embracing arc sufficient for defining forage laying zone. Above chamber is arranged on frame end and has system with four stems and screw for moving this system. This chamber is connected with rotary bar mounted on working tool frame for changing position of chamber relative to this frame.
