SUBSTANCE: automatic control system has apiary controller 1 with computer 2, active filter 4, rectification unit 5, buffer member 7, apiary controller commutator 6, frequency voltage converter 3, apiary power unit 8 and apiary controllers. Each controller has threshold member 10, three AND gates, apiary power unit 12, apiary controller commutator 13, band pass frequency filter 14, transceiver control trigger 15, amplifier 16, cyclic frequency generator 17 for generating frequency of 600 Hz, actuating trigger 18, initial setting unit 20, microphone 21, power amplifier 23, cyclic generator 24, vibroemitter 25, bee quieting timer 26 and operation cycle timer 27. Apparatus allows attack to be detected by analysis of spectrum of acoustic signals emitted by bees, toxication of area with honey plants by toxic chemicals to be detected, and, as a result negative reaction of bee families in beehives with open bee entrance to be prevented. Besides, apparatus allows physical action suppressing bee flying activities to be automatically eliminated.
