FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has flexible contact member being a plate having monofilament light guide fixed on its operation end to emit lateral radiation, insulation coating and conduction. Electrode has nipple for supplying gaseous oxygen having one end in a through hole of insulation coating on the non-operating side of the contact member. Conduction units are linked to galvanization and electrophoresis apparatus. Flexible tube for supplying gaseous oxygen taken from special gas cylinder of autonomous breathing system or from general oxygen supply network is connected to the nipple. The electrode is applied to gingival surface. As a result of reduction-oxidation reactions, oxygen neutralizes stray influence of hydrogen and hydroxyl ions H++OH- and destroying action of acids and alkalis formed as a result of electrophoresis applied.
