FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: increased efficiency in mass transfer in high-concentration polydisperse systems is achieved by generation in them periodically occurring pressure oscillations varying in accordance with pulse fraction law. Pulsator includes cylindrical casing with pulsation, supply and release fittings and coaxially disposed rotor in the form of hollow cylinder with slots on its side surface, which is separated by a partition into chambers by a partition with internal channel. Partition is installed perpendicularly to generatrix of cylindrical surface of rotor. Opposite walls of the mentioned channel have holes, and slots on inner surfaces of rotor chambers are characterized by angular length α and 2π-α radian on condition that . Symmetry axes of pulsation, supply and release fittings are disposed in the same plane, and cross-section of fitting are slot-shaped. EFFECT: intensified mass-exchange efficiency. 2 cl, 4 dwg
