FIELD: transport means. SUBSTANCE: arrangement includes drawbar connected rigidly with carriage 2, shackle 3 intended to articulate the carriage drawbar with bicycle frame by means of stud rigidly secured on the bicycle frame and wing nut. The shackle is immovably secured on the stud. The drawbar is positioned on one of the bicycle sides at an angle to longitudinal axis of carriage symmetry, thus providing for free space required for the rear half of the bicycle rear wheel, when the bicycle is turning during its movement. Hinge connecting the drawbar with the bicycle frame is disposed on extended geometrical longitudinal axis of the carriage symmetry and on the carriage turning axis passing close to the vertical geometrical axis of turning of the bicycle rear wheel.
