FIELD: oil and fat industry. SUBSTANCE: solid soap has fatty acid salts, additions and water and, additionally, ethanolamine derivatives of hydroxycarboxylic and/or dicarboxylic acids. Content of fatty acid sodium salts containing above 15 carbon atoms is 80-100% of total mass of fatty acid sodium salts at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: fatty acid sodium salts 40-90; ethanolamine derivatives of hydroxycarboxylic and/or dicarboxylic acids 0.2-5.0, addition and water - the rest. EFFECT: improved quality of soap.
