SUBSTANCE: apparatus has container with organic mixture, flexible members such as springs onto which container bottom rests. To prepare fertilizer, container is imparted oscillatory motions in vertical plane by means of air feeding device. Oscillatory motions facilitate cleaning of container bottom perforations from contaminations to provide effective air saturation of organic mixture.
