Device provides possibility to increase number of directions for side routes in case of failure of transputer cell. Novel features of device include possibility of new allocation of logical addresses of processor cells not only in horizontal and vertical directions, but also in diagonal directions (below-right, below-left, upper-right, upper-left). EFFECT: increased functional capabilities of reconfiguration control system, increased field of successful reconfiguration possibilities in case of large number of failures. 6 dwg
