FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: medicinal agent has the following components, wt.-%: nitrofuran, 0.5-2.5; polymixin M sulfate, 0.35-0.95; native aubazidan, 17.5-22.5; nipagin, 0.1-0.15; citric acid, 1.0-1.2; sodium hydroxide, 0.3-0.35; and water, the balance. Medicinal agent can be used for treatment of gastroenteric disease in animals at the following ratio of active components: nitrofuran 1.0; polymixin M sulfate 0.8, preferably at doses 0.5-1.0 ml/kg body mass, 2 times per a day for 3-5 days by oral route. Medicinal agent can be used for treatment of gynecological disease in cows at the following ratio of active components: nitrofuran 2.0, polymixin M sulfate 0.5.
