FIELD: mineral concentration. SUBSTANCE: conditioning of initial raw materials with reagents and preparation of foam layer are carried out with use of pneumohydraulic aeration in which pressure water is used in the form of liquid phase from foam product dewatering which passed preliminarily electrochemical treatment in electrolyzer directly before pneumohydraulic aeration with production after pneumohydraulic aeration of finely dispersed gas-air mixture with surfactant and oily substances. Conditioning of initial raw materials with reagents is carried out simultaneously with separation of initial raw materials into coarse-, medium- and fine-grained products. Medium-grained product is supplied for flotation separation into pulp volume from bottom upward. In central part in direction of action of Archimedean forces, and fine-grained product in distributed form is supplied over periphery part at some angle to Archimedean forces. Liquid phase resulted from dewatering of cell product is supplied together with coarse-, medium- and fine-grained products to form pulp. Supplied onto foam layer is coarse-grained product. During conditioning of coarse-grained product, excessive liquid phase of pulp and reagent mixture is transferred into fine-grained product. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 5 dwg
