FIELD: metal working, in particular, machines for winding of welding wire on bobbins of welding machines. SUBSTANCE: laying screw mechanism controlled by reversing mechanism has carriage connected with nut, carriage guides, forward and reverse shaft interconnected kinematically, clutch and gear transmission installed in carriage. By means of clutch and transmission, the nut is kinematically connected with reverse shaft when clutch is engaged and locked from rotation in body when clutch is released. Direction of motion of carriage and pitch of wire laying are determined by relation T = t(1-iI), where T is wire laying pitch, sigh - of obtained value indicates direction of carriage motion to the side opposite to its motion with locked nut; t is screw pitch; i is gear ratio of kinematic coupling between forward and reverse shafts; I is gear ratio of carriage gear transmission. Reversing mechanism has movable bar, spring-loaded slider installed on bar, locking pin spring-loaded relative to slider, and lifting wedge of locking pin. Bar is kinematically connected with reverse shaft and spring-loaded to carriage body. Slider is assembled of spring separator and screw bushing connected with controlled link of clutch. Locking pin is installed to enter the bushing screw recess with axial motion of bar. EFFECT: higher productivity, reliability and extended technological potentialities of machine. 2 cl, 2 dwg
